ABOUT MEDIATION
Mediation is an alternative approach to conflict resolution, a method of fast and civilized out-of-court resolution of disputes and conflicts with the assistance of a neutral third party, guiding the negotiating parties towards a mutually acceptable agreement. It is an informal process of conflict resolution in which both parties voluntarily participate. The mediation agreement is based on the needs and possibilities of the parties involved.

The purpose of this initial meeting is to introduce the parties to the dispute to the purpose, principles, and benefits of mediation, and to determine whether the participants would be willing to participate in mediation. Subsequently, mediation is initiated only by entering into a mediation agreement.
